Valves

To optimally coordinate the packaging with the product and the application, all valve/spray head combinations available on the market can normally be used.

However, the use of products such as silicone, MS polymer, adhesives etc. attaches special importance to choosing the right valve.
The Pageris ® solids valve was therefore modified accordingly for use in two-chamber pressure cans especially for the use of paste-like active agents.

Pageris® Goldventil black

Pageris ® solids valve "black" for pastes.
This valve was custom-designed for applications involving high-viscosity pastes (such as e.g. silicone pastes, MS polymers, PU systems etc.).
Like all Pageris ® solids valves, this valve has a plastic piston seal which largely reduces or prevents chemical reactions.

Can be used in conjunction with all Pageris adapters.

Pageris® Goldventil green

Pageris ® solids valve "green" for fats.
This valve was custom-designed for applications involving viscous pastes (such as e.g. fats, dispersion adhesives, etc.).
This valve differs from the " 'black' solids valve" only in that it has a smaller outlet and therefore a lower application rate.
Like all Pageris ® solids valves, this valve has a plastic piston seal which largely reduces or prevents chemical reactions.

Can be used in conjunction with all Pageris adapters.

Pageris® Goldventil natural

Pageris ® solids valve "natural" for liquids.

This valve was custom-designed for applications involving low-viscosity pastes or viscous media (such as oils, additives).
This valve differs from the " 'black' and 'green' solids valves" in that it has an even smaller outlet. The lower application rate of this valve allows substances to be dispensed easily at a controlled rate.
Like all Pageris ® solids valves, this valve has a plastic piston seal which largely reduces or prevents chemical reactions.

Can be used in conjunction with all Pageris adapters.

Linroc System

The Linroc ® system by Lindal is used in conjunction with a vertical adapter with a side lever.

In any case, it is advisable to conduct a compatibility test with the medium to be filled because this system uses a rubber gasket.

Stem valve

The classic stem valve (here: DPV).
This valve is available in the conventional aerosol sector with all sorts of bore diameters, disc materials, coatings and gasket types.
It is used primarily for liquid products to generate a classic spray in conjunction with a spray head.

Due to the two-chamber pressure can system, the feed tube commonly used for aerosols is no longer required, thus turning the valve into a 360° valve even without a special design which can therefore be used in all positions.

Threaded valve

The B 188 threaded valve by Lindal, with its rolled thread, offers numerous additional standard range attachment options.

Combining a two-chamber can with this valve is particularly useful for applications where the can takes on the role of a cartridge in an adapter or a similar device.
